ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING, AND (2) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO SEEK RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

The proper terminology for the lenses is “corrective” and “non corrective” also known as “Plano” contact lenses. If your vision is 20/20, your doctor may prescribe you 0.00 power lenses. If you need the lenses to correct your vision, your eye doctor will determine the appropriate strength that you need for each eye. Your needs can vary between your two eyes. CAMMY NGUYEN, LLC. contact lenses are non corrective lenses and are for beauty purposes only. Please note, however, that Company is not a healthcare provider and such medical professionals are not our employees or contractors. In view of the totally independent relationship between Company and medical professionals, you acknowledge that Company is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any such medical professional as well as CAMMY NGUYEN, LLC. Also, please keep in mind that, just like any visit to your doctor, you are responsible for the cost of your appointment. However, many medical professionals accept vision insurance (assuming you have appropriate coverage remaining).

There are no returns allowed for international orders outside of the US. All sales are final. In the unfortunate event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately. If we are not able to reach you within 24 hours, we will fulfill the remainder of your order & issue a refund for the out of stock item.
We may have "split" your order. We split orders when one or more items is pre-ordered or expected to be back in stock soon. Our team will ship out the in-stock product(s) first & a second shipment will be sent with the remaining item(s). You will receive an email/text notifying you that your order was split.
**UPDATE** Due to COVID-19, NO RETURNS will be accepted and/or processed until further notice.
