International Shipping

We ship internationally – options and rates available at checkout. Shipping may take between 5 to 10 business days. 


International Duties and Fees

It is the customers sole responsibility for any Import duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with deliveries outside the US. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery and your order is returned to us we will refund the cost of your order minus any shipment costs. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot by marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.


Tracking Info

  • Upon fulfilment of order a Tracking number will be issued via email.
  • Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for any misplaced, lost or stolen packages

Product Availability

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will contact you immediately. If we are not able to reach you with 24hours, we will fulfil any other items & issue a refund for the out of stock item. 


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
  • Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled

If you believe the item you receive is damaged due to shipment please contact us immediately


In the event you wish to return or exchange a product please read the following:

  • Returns are processed on a case by case basis within 7 business days of delivery and will be inspected prior to refund
  • Products must be unopened and/or unused to qualify for a return
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded & any refund will be credited back in the original form of payment
  • Any sale, discontinued or promotional items are a FINAL SALE (no exchanges or returns accepted).

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.

If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return.
